Stainless steel bin for sanitary napkins

Description

The Bobrick B-270 surface-mounted sanitary napkin and tampon bin is economical, easy to clean and install. It is made of stainless steel with a satin finish. The one-piece lid is attached to the bin with a full-length piano hinge.

• Dimensions: 7 1/2" wide, 10" high and 3 1 3/16" deep;
• Trash can capacity: 1 gallon (3.8 liters).

• Receptacle: 18-8, type 304 stainless steel, 22 gauge (0.8 mm). Fully welded construction. Exposed surfaces have a satin finish. Integrated push-button lid opener. The receptacle's front has the same arc as the lid's front and other Bobrick ConturaSeries sanitary fittings. Additionally, the radius on the receptacle's side edges matches the corners, lid edges, and other ConturaSeries fittings.
• Lid: 18-8, type 304 stainless steel, 22 gauge (0.8 mm) with a satin finish. Seamless, one-piece molded construction. The front of the lid has the same arc as the front of the vessel and other Bobrick ConturaSeries sanitary fittings. The radius on the corners and edges of the lid matches the side edges of the vessel and other ConturaSeries fittings. Attaches to the vessel with a full-length stainless steel piano hinge.

Functioning :

• The lid opens to allow for the disposal of sanitary napkins and the cleaning of the container.

Facility

For :

• Particleboard or other solid core partition walls, secure with four #8 x 3/4 in (4.2 x 19 mm) sheet metal screws (not supplied) at all points marked with an S, or with assembly bolts, nuts and washers.
• For honeycomb metal partition walls, provide a solid reinforcement into which to fix the sheet metal screws.
• With the two units installed back-to-back, provide threaded sockets and machine screws for the entire thickness of the partition.
• For masonry walls, provide fiber anchors or expanding anchors for use with sheet metal screws, or provide 3/16 in (5 mm) wing bolts or expanding bolts.
• For plaster or gypsum-based constructions, provide concealed reinforcement to comply with local building codes, then secure the unit with sheet metal screws.
