Instructions for use

For light jobs, mix in a ratio of 1 to 80; for most jobs, mix in a ratio of 1 to 40; for heavily soiled surfaces, mix in a ratio of 1 to 20.

ALL SURFACES THAT COME INTO CONTACT WITH FOOD MUST BE THOROUGHLY RINSED WITH DRINKING WATER.

Practical advice

In food processing plants, Z-99 removes all types of grease, animal or vegetable oil. It can be applied with a sponge, cloth, or mop. The product delivers amazing results when used with a pressure washer to clean equipment, walls, large surfaces, and cutting tables for poultry, meat, fish, etc. Z-99 is excellent for the first of two steps in the cleaning/disinfection process in food processing facilities. After thoroughly removing all grease and oil from the surface with Z-99, use PARQUAT liquid disinfectant in the second step to disinfect.
