Our DFP450W digital handheld thermometer with adjustable temperature alarm is specifically designed for the most demanding food service environments. The thermometer can be programmed to provide a visual alarm (flashing display) once the set temperature is reached. The initial default alarm temperature is 140°F (60°C). Potentially hazardous mercury thermometers are often used to check the extreme temperature of commercial dishwashing water. Eliminate the risk of mercury spillage; the DFP450W stores the maximum recorded heat and is leak-proof. The lifetime accuracy guarantee means there is no need for field calibration adjustments and no risk of introducing error into the instrument.
